Ashlinn Nash is a multifaceted creative professional whose work bridges the worlds of music, media, and visual storytelling. With a background in photography, journalism, and art direction, Ashlinn has carved out a distinctive place within the UK’s underground and heavy music scenes. Currently serving as band manager for the acclaimed doom metal band Famyne, she oversees strategy, promotion, and artistic development, guiding the group through festival appearances, international outreach, and long-term career planning.

Holding a Master’s in Media, Art, and Design from Canterbury Christ Church University, Ashlinn combines academic depth with hands-on industry expertise. Her earlier qualifications in Film, Radio, and TV Studies, Photography, and Magazine Journalism underpin a broad creative toolkit that spans content creation, media production, and audience engagement. Her career has included teaching roles that emphasised communication, community, and creativity, reflecting her ability to nurture talent and lead collaborative teams.

As a music journalist and photographer, Ashlinn has contributed to publications including MetalTalk, Metal Hammer, Devolution Magazine, and TotalRock, interviewing renowned artists such as Gojira, Tarja Turunen, and Devin Townsend. Her editorial experience as Editor of Snapdragon Magazine further honed her leadership, content strategy, and production management skills.
In recent years, Ashlinn has expanded her focus to live music promotion, artist management, and visual production, blending her eye for atmosphere with a deep understanding of underground culture. Whether behind the camera, at the mixing desk, or coordinating a live event, her approach is rooted in authenticity, storytelling, and connection.
