A shadow follows illusory clay
A hard to swallow material grey
The silence here is drenching
A cold midwinter's rain
Sometimes I hear them from afar
Sent to extinguish the stars

Rush up Coil's teeth divine
With shallow eyes dissolving my shine
The grief upon your altar
With all its twists and turns
As paradox it slithers and burns
And as the soul overturns

In love and death entwined
Cut through shackles of light
The maze of stagnant time
Loving arms of vibrant space
Overthrow this dreadful place
