Poppy is having a massive year. Her collaboration with Knocked Loose, “Suffocate,” snagged a nomination for Best Metal Performance at the 2025 GRAMMY Awards. This isn’t her first time at the rodeo; she previously made history in 2021 as the first-ever female solo nominee in that category for “BLOODMONEY.” From her new variety show, Improbably Poppy, to directing videos, writing sci-fi graphic novels, and creating music that spans brutal metal, ‘60s bubblegum, and grunge-punk, absolutely nothing is off-limits for her artistic vision.
Now, Poppy returns with the core of this new chapter: her brand new single, “Bruised Sky.”
The track arrives on the heels of “Unravel” (co-produced by Jordan Fish), an enigmatic cover of Wham!’s “Last Christmas,” and the powerhouse collaboration “End of You” with Amy Lee and Courtney LaPlante. “End of You” was an instant hit, debuting at No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Hard Rock Songs chart.
To support the new music, Poppy just wrapped the second leg of her They’re All Around Us tour, celebrating her album Negative Spaces, followed by a run supporting Linkin Park in South America. Next, she’s heading to Australia and Europe for her newly announced 2026 Constantly Nowhere tour.
